On behalf of President John Rose and the staff at CWA Local 1031, we would like to welcome all our East Brunswick Library new Bargaining Unit members to Local 1031.

Together we can now begin to work on making your Library a better place to work by negotiating a Collective Bargaining Agreement that will provide everyone in our Unit with the job protection, dignity and respect they deserve.

The hard work begins now as we are looking forward to putting together an Agreement we can bring to the table (this may take a while) to commence negotiations with the Library’s Board/Administration.
